To warm our audience the middle of winter, Jacaranda Images exhibits a collection of works featuring RED color in a variety of artist’s works.
Derek Jarman has said ‘painters use red like spice’, it is a colour that demands attention, impossible to be bored with and this exhibition dishes plenty of flavour and interest. Paintings, original prints and posters from young to established artists are brought together showing red in their work. Artists represented are Ahmed El Khalidi, Cathie Boucher, Charlotta Sparre, Dina Fawakhiri, Dodi Tabbaa, Hana Saudi, Hazem Nemrawi, Heidi Venamore, Jehad Al Ameri, Laith al Essi, Lizzy Newcomb, Luke Gray, Mary Abu Zaid, Mike V. Derderian, Mohamed Abou Elnaga, Mohammad Rusan, Mohammed Al Shammarey Nehad Azzawi, Rosa Brugulat Guiteras, Rosella Namok, Samah Hijawi, Sina Ata, Susie Perring , Tamer Al Ahmar, Wedad Al Nasser and Yasser Dwiak.
